Challenges:
There were strict, tight deadlines to meet in the construction of the new DaVita Dialysis facility. The city needed the building in which DaVita had been by a specific date. Once the building was done and testing and inspection completed, all of DaVita's equipment and offices needed to be moved and operational within just one weekend so patients would not miss any treatments or appointments.
Solutions:
Keystone and their affiliates worked almost around the clock in one weekend to move patient beds, dialysis equipment, files and other office equipment. Keystone kept in close communication with all parties involved in the project and held to a strict schedule in order to reach precise deadlines and meet health inspections. Many long hours and good old-fashioned hard work were also key components to the success of this project.
