Grinding Facility Addition: 9,236 sq.ft.

Keystone Development was the general contractor for the Alro Riverside addition, essentially doubling their work space. One of the challenges in this project was blending the new addition into the old building in such as way as to combine production styles and thereby change the flow of production for Alro Riverside. Another goal was to leave room on the property and within the design for future additions and growth. Keystone worked with engineers and architects to successfully meet all the goals for which Keystone Development was commissioned.
