Project:

Kaneka Texas is a pre-engineered, metal building structure used for manufacturing steam molding foam products. It was built in four phases.

• Phase 1: 64,250 square feet construction for the main manufacturing area
• Phase 2: 15,000 square feet for warehousing and storage
• Phase 3: 59,375 square feet expansion of the main area for more equipment
• Phase 4: 1,875 square feet maintenance and tool room

Keystone was also contracted to build and install ten-foot high steel platforms as a base for Kaneka's large presses and other machinery so workers can walk beneath the machines.
