To Whom It Concerns:
In late 2001, my wife and I engaged Keystone Development, LLC to act as the general contractor for a major kitchen renovation of our home. We selected Keystone on the basis of our personal relationship with Martin Miller, and his commitment to quality and functionality while maintaining the architectural integrity and consistency of our home – an English Manor house constructed in 1928.
Mr. Miller and his team were involved in all aspects of the renovation from proactive participation in planning process to presentation of structural and cosmetic alternatives; from development, and execution of creative solutions to the demolition and ultimately reconstruction processes.
Mr. Miller and his team were as committed, involved, and sensitive to the fact that my family was still living in the home, as they were demolishing and reconstructing the kitchen and eating areas. Importantly, Keystone, while encountering more than its fair share of structural surprises incumbent with the renovation of a 73 year-old home, delivered a superior product without missing a single deadline, or commitment – a testimony to Keystone’s commitment to planning, communication and execution skills.
Keystone significantly exceeded our expectations in our renovation project, delivering superior quality and functionality in a remarkable time frame.
Clearly, Keystone, and Mr. Miller have my highest endorsement without reservation.
